Saturday – Ascent

  • Group breakfast and collect packed lunch

  • Begin the hike up Mount Kinabalu

  • Group dinner

  • Early night at Laban Rata​

 

Sunday –  Summit

  • Group light breakfast

  • Begin the hike up to the summit for sunrise

  • Hike back down Mount Kinabalu

  • Group lunch

  • Transportation to a hotel near Kota Kinabalu Airport

 

Monday – Inbound

We've created an exclusive 6-week training programme to ensure you're physically and mentally prepared for your ascent up Mount Kinabalu.

 

The programme will provide a solo training routine for the 6 weeks preceding the hike and invitations to 6 group workouts in Singapore with your fellow hikers. These boot camps are designed to improve your endurance and strengthen the muscles to help you conquer those steep slopes.​

 

You will also be invited to an exclusive pre-hike briefing to learn what to expect, what to wear, and what to pack (including nutrition recommendations).
