We've created an exclusive 6-week training programme to ensure you're physically and mentally prepared for your ascent up Mount Kinabalu.
The programme will provide a solo training routine for the 6 weeks preceding the hike and invitations to 6 group workouts in Singapore with your fellow hikers. These boot camps are designed to improve your endurance and strengthen the muscles to help you conquer those steep slopes.
You will also be invited to an exclusive pre-hike briefing to learn what to expect, what to wear, and what to pack (including nutrition recommendations).
