Hey, I'm Rory
I'm a personal trainer and my passion for fitness has been a lifelong journey, but it was in 2018 that I truly began to geek out about it.
My fitness journey began when my mother surprised me with my very first gym membership at the age of 16. Back then, I had no idea what I was doing, but that didn't stop me from falling in love with weightlifting.
Since those early days, I've conquered a series of physical challenges, from a gruelling 10-km dragon boat race and long-distance runs to conquering multiple Spartan Races and securing the 36th spot out of 140 at the Under Armour Combine 2022 in Singapore. All of these milestones and countless hours of sweat and dedication culminated in me earning my ACE-Certified Personal Trainer certification in 2023.
Decades of honing my cardiovascular and muscular prowess have not only transformed my body but also unlocked new levels of potential. Now, my biggest joy stems from sharing the wealth of knowledge and experience I've gathered with individuals like you who strive for a stronger, healthier, and happier life.
