Run Club

Where: MOE (Evans) Stadium (Google Maps)

When: Wednesdays from 19.00 to 20.00

Cost: $10 per session ($36 per month)

Run Club is a 60-minute workout for those who want to improve their cardio, whether you're training for your first marathon or want some company while running. Each week, we host a different type of run:

Sprint. 60 m, competitive intervals at maximum effort.

Lap. 400 m intervals at sub-maximum effort.

Zone. Fartlek-style, variable pace runs.

Trial. Max distance in a set time.

The times you achieve for each run are recorded online to track your progress and improvement over time.

 

Locations and session details are shared on WhatsApp weekly.

Lift Club

Where: The Gym Pod  @ EON Shenton (Google Maps)

When: Mondays from 19.00 to 20.00

Capacity: 10

Cost: $28 for a Single Drop-in. $150 for a 6-Session Pack (save $18)

Structured, professional, and safe – our 60-minute strength sessions are created with your well-being and progress in mind.

 

Sessions target specific muscle groups for all-around performance and aesthetics. Sessions are programmed in training blocks of 6–8 sessions to allow you time to develop strength and ability. Your weights and reps are recorded after each session to track your progress.

 

Each session is overseen by a certified personal trainer with years of lifting and group training experience, so you get the personal training experience without the price tag. ​

Lift Clubs are hosted at a fully equipped gym with showering facilities within 4-minute walking distance of Tanjong Pagar MRT.

Outdoor strength boot camp
