Our 55-minute TRX workouts are perfect if you want to build strength but aren't ready for the gym environment.

They are highly scalable and use only body weight to challenge your muscles with precision and control. Workouts involve almost no impact on the body, so they're great if you are concerned about your joints or are returning to exercise after a longer break.

Thursday TRX workouts in Tanjong Pagar are currently run in collaboration with FitBeat, who offer a free trial for new joiners.
