How it works
We begin our journey together with a friendly, free consultation about you. During our chat, we'll discuss your fitness goals and preferences, and I'll answer any initial questions you may have.
If you decide to pursue personal training with me, I'll ask you to fill out some forms to give me a better understanding of your health history and current lifestyle. This information is kept strictly confidential.
If medical clearance isn't necessary, our first session will likely comprise further discussions along with assessments of your posture, balance, movement, and flexibility. This data is what I use to craft a personalised program just for you, which we'll begin in your second or third session.
After a few weeks of working together, we'll revisit your progress. This might include re-assessments, setting new goals, or altering your programme. You're in control of your fitness journey.
